The Boys
Grandma & Grandpa Wersal had cousins Noah, Caleb and Isaac for the weekend. We met up with them at church and snapped a couple quick pics with all 4 grandsons. I mean quick too, trying to keep all 4 of them still for even 2 minutes is almost impossible!

Family Vacation to Port Lavaca, TX
Last week we drove to Texas to spend some time with Grandpa Jim & Grandma Jackie. Since Karson sleeps from about 7pm - 5am we decided to leave at night to start the journey. It went very well, we made a few stops along the way to get gas, feed, change diapers and get KK out of his car seat. We watched movies on the DVD player and played with toys to keep him entertained. I believe we made it in about 23 hours. Grandpa Jim does it in 18 hours so I didn't think this was so bad considering we had a child with. Karson seemed to really enjoy the warm weather and not having to be bundle up or wear a jacket. He liked all 4 of the dogs, Rhett, Scarlet, Oliver and Lucy. The new addition in the picture above is a iron donkey! We applied sunscreen for the first time the day we drove to North Padre Island for a little beach fun. All of us has a fantastic time once again at Seaworld, it was Pete's first experience there and he really enjoyed it. We got to have some fun on the roller coasters while G & G spent time with Karson. We tried to have someone take a picture with all of us but Karson is so distracted he turned his head. As always we were fed excellent meals and enjoyed some nice wines oh and ice cream almost every night. ;) On our way home, we met up with a crew of my family from the past for supper in the Dallas area. What a fantastic trip! Thank you Grandpa Jim & Grandma Jackie!

Alas....the first tooth surfaces!
In the last day or so Karson's first tooth came through. He's been a real trooper while awaiting it's arrival.
KK sported his very first stylish ball cap last week. He has a little head according to the growth charts so the hats were always too big. He is 7 months old today. He had his 6 month check up a few weeks ago. He's just a few ounces shy of 18lbs, 26 1/2 inches long. He loves his bath time.
