Happy 4th Birthday Karson James

Winter 2012

The boys taking advantage of the snow and frozen lake. It's been an odd winter, so far we have for sure less than 10 inches of snowfall and currently the ground is completely bare. Very strange for February. The temperature finally dipped down into the single digits this week. Otherwise, we've been enjoying the mild 30's and 40's.

Karson loves aunt Sharon, he was excited to hear she was coming for a visit. He went with Grandma Pat to Great Grandma Rosanna's in Rochester to help decorate her Christmas tree. The report I got back was that he was talking to all of the residents at her apartment complex, shaking their hands and entertaining them. I can only imagine.

Cousins Andrew & Jeremy were down to stay with Grandma Pat over spring break. Karson really enjoyed getting to play with the boys for a few days. They are both so good with him, he's a very lucky boy to have such great cousins. We had them up to our house one evening for a change of scenery and new toys.

Weekend in DeSmet

Papa Ron & Mommy Sandy as Karson would say. Sometimes he calls Ron Papa Naughty and says he needs a timeout. It's hilarious! Mostly because Karson likes to play rough with Ron and then if he gets too roughed up he says Papa is naughty.

Great Grandma Bonnie & Great Grandpa Craig were kind enough to let us invade their house over the weekend. KK really enjoyed being at their home, but he was a bit loud wanting to use plastic spoons to play the drums on any piece of furniture he could. Out of the blue the first day we were there he said "I go to Mommy Lucy's house!" Now he calls Grandma Bonnie Mommy Lucy Bonnie. That kid is too funny!

We all stayed at the hotel in town so Karson got to have fun in the pool a few times. He loves to jump in an splash. He made Papa Ron do cannon balls into the pool for a big splash too!

We were able to spend time with cousins Tristan & Dustin. Karson had a great time with all of Tristan's toys. Very fun time!
