Karson has reached the stage where it takes A LOT to keep him entertained. He doesn't seem to care that he has massive amounts of toys all over the house. He wants to get into anything and everything else. He wants to drink out of a cup, not a sippy cup. He wants to sit on the tall high top stool, not in his booster chair. Quite the independent little boy.
He thinks it's fun to "play office" like he sees mom doing. Now if only I could teach him how to really help me instead of making a mess!
We made an unexpected & quick trip to DeSmet for great uncle Rich's memorial service. Uncle Aaron wrote and spoke the eulogy, did a fantastic job expressing many memories and stories of Rich and our family. We all enjoyed the our time with family and friends we hadn't seen in years. We even went to cousin Gannon's (Nick & Jada's son) for his birthday party. Boy, that really was excitement for KK as Gannon had tons of toys! Unfortunately, mom forgot to take the camera...

I was in the kitchen cleaning up after supper. Pete ran outside quick to feed our dog. When he came back inside - maybe 30 seconds later - he said come here quick. When I walked into the bedroom, here is where I found Karson. He had pulled all my jeans out of the dresser and climbed in. This is why I keep saying we just can't take our eyes off him for even a few seconds...trouble!
We took Karson sledding for the first time with the Kolb boys on New Year's Day.
My very own 4 wheeler! Didn't take long to figure out to push the red button to make it move. He's been riding it all over the house.
